Important Points About Insurance Claims

When you visit us, you can use your insurance policy to cover your child's treatment expenses. Please have your updated insurance card for Medicaid eligibility. If you don't have the required documents, your appointment may be rescheduled. You can use our self-payment option for reimbursement after the insurance company accepts the claim.

After your baby is born, please notify your insurance company within the grace period stated by the company. If you fail to do so, your claims can be denied. You can be a part of our Vaccines for Children (VFC) program for FREE if you meet the state's requirements. Always check with your insurance because coverage may vary.

Co-pays are always due at the time of visit without any exceptions.
